最近剛從歐洲回來，經過狂風、曝曬和硬水的摧殘，即使更換了好的洗髮產品，還是會出現頭皮搔癢的困擾，體會過硬水的人多少都知道，水裡的雜質長久下來囤積蠻驚人的（看熱水壺底部會發現白色堆積物），即使每天洗頭，手法和步驟不夠精確、加上各種外在因素，仍會有角質堆積、毛孔阻塞的問題，尤其回台灣就要進入春夏，更容易頭皮悶熱不舒服！
近年來持續在意識生活的路上學習，盡可能堅持自然、純淨、健康和友善環境的保養原則，已經超過半年沒有上髮廊做任何保養（許多髮品添加的化學成分、包裝和製造過程都不是很友善環境和人體🥹）很開心知道了這間位於台中豐原的綠色有機沙龍，還受邀獲得體驗機會，來好好分享給有興趣的你！
從陳列、空間到純淨選品，內外兼具的綠色有機沙龍
交通很便利，就在豐原火車站附近，走路約13分鐘左右，開車也很方便停。
這邊其實不算豐原市區，但特別喜歡周圍清幽的環境，沒有五光十色的喧囂，寬闊的空間感受很舒服，能夠好好享受在這裡養髮的愉快🌿
一進門引起目光的即是這座綠色體驗屋：
沒有任何黏著劑，全部以綠色環保建材、木工榫接技法製成，配合不同陳列主題，實際提供情境教育消費者「綠色生活」的樣貌。
大坪數加上挑高設計，完全沒有任何壓迫感，心情也會更放鬆自在。
整體空間隨處可見自然媒材，捨棄傳統的壓克力看板，以木材取代，很喜歡這樣將綠意融入沙龍的構想。
每張座椅前都有木製桌板可以放置隨身物品，旁邊的木椅也能放包包，暖色調的選品與工業風格，讓氛圍呈現如家一般溫馨、同時不失美感。
療程開始前會先奉茶，這壺茶是無咖啡因的南非國寶茶 Rooibos Tea（又稱博士茶），是我很喜歡的一種綠茶，對身體、腸道和皮膚都有良好幫助！
深層頭皮SPA：火山泥回春療程，喚起頭皮活力
先穿上品牌專屬罩衫，保護衣服在療程中不會有任何污損，可以全然放心的享受療程，同時自由活動雙手。
值得一提的是這件衣服是用快時尚淘汰下來的布料製成，盡可能減緩快時尚產業造成的浪費（快時尚對環境傷害真的很驚人😢）
一、完整頭皮檢測
在平板上填寫個人資料，以利根據年齡、生理狀況等進行更精準的頭皮檢測！
檢測項目包含皮脂、皮屑、頭皮敏感度、髮量、髮徑和毛孔健康度。
今天服務我的設計師是可愛的雅玲，非常細心溫柔。
手上那台很像小吹風機的就是檢測儀器，雅玲很認真在幫我檢測😆
儀器可以很赤裸、清晰地檢視頭皮和毛囊狀況，真的很清楚蠻害羞的哈哈哈哈
就像要了解膚質才能選到合適的保養品一樣，了解自己頭皮狀況才能有效保養✨
第一次做頭皮檢測好開心，覺得很新奇，又更認識自己的身體！也才發現我一直誤以為自己是敏感頭皮，但事實上我的頭皮很健康，唯一問題在於「頭皮角質代謝」，因為沒有為頭皮去角質的習慣，造成皮屑阻塞，才會偶爾有頭皮搔癢誤以為是敏感的問題。
以我的檢測結果來說，除了皮屑問題需要改善之外，一切都在健康、正常的狀態，依照這份報告就能直接挑選出最合適的頭皮療程✌️
來自義大利的OWay，對生態更好的選擇
設計師建議使用「淨化療程Purifying」來解決頭皮堵塞問題，選擇的是回春療程之一的火山泥療去角質，再以玫瑰花露保濕，解決乾癢問題。
傳統的物理性去角質會用柔珠、核桃等顆粒感成份，除了提高頭皮被破壞的機會，還有污染海洋的可能，不管是臉部、身體還是頭髮，我都已經拒絕使用任何柔珠塑膠成份的產品很多年了。
而化學性常見就是水楊酸，雖然有效，但對於肌膚敏感的人使用可能會比較刺激，加上經皮吸收率高且不易分解，長時間使用累積定量可能會有水楊酸症。
基於以上兩點，OWay去角質療程採用的是天然火山泥，兼具去角質、油脂平衡和淨化效果。
二、天然精油吸嗅
頭皮檢測完後，設計師會依據療程挑選合適的植物精油幫助放鬆，這些生物動力精油全來自波隆那山丘上的自然農耕，從播種到收成沒有使用任何化學藥劑、農藥、施肥、灌溉、除草等，一切遵循自然法則，讓萬物和諧共生，因此精油能完整呈現植物與生俱來的豐沛活力。
這次體驗的是Oway生物動力抗氧化精油，富含芳香酚，有助於刺激大腦腦內麻啡，提升正面能量，淨化身心並產生愉悅感受。
三、肩頸舒壓按摩
精油吸嗅後，開始進行頭皮舒壓、肩頸放鬆的手技按摩，超喜歡按摩的我非常享受🥰
四、引流式梳髮
梳頭對頭皮保養來說也是很重要的一環，協助新陳代謝加強吸收，記得之前看過一位頭髮茂盛的漂亮女生（還生了三個孩子！），她說她每天都花超多時間在梳頭和護髮。

五、火山泥療去角質
以抗氧化生物動力有機精油和火山泥融合而成的去角質泥，聞起來很舒服，有點類似無患子的香氣。
塗抹於頭皮後輕柔按摩，這時候已經差不多要睡著了😆
六、平衡髮浴
平衡系列使用天然陰離子界面活性劑去除多餘頭皮油脂，並添加小米草及薄荷精油，達到控油、蓬鬆、改善頭皮黏悶甚至頭皮味的問題，洗起來涼涼的很舒服：）
七、聚合保濕護髮
聚合保濕系列含有生物動力榛果、有機橄欖及人道採購巴套阿果仁油等成份，特別適合乾燥髮絲，滋潤無負擔、改善毛躁，讓頭皮到髮尾全面保濕。

想特別分享一下永續包裝，一直有在關注聯合國《全球塑膠公約》，簡單來說，想終結塑膠、減緩傷害地球的速度，最好的方法就是限制塑膠生產（不再生產塑膠）。

最後，雅玲幫我做了一個自然捲度的電棒造型，髮尾抹上巴西堅果油鎖水修護，將將！
以前一直覺得我不適合捲髮、似乎很顯老，但現在突然覺得也挺好看的👽
非常喜歡這次的頭皮SPA體驗，整個療程從開始到回家後都充分療癒～是真的可以感覺到頭皮深呼吸、變健康輕盈了！而且完全無需忍受化學香精產品的氣味，知道自己所使用的產品來源、理念，而有意識選擇更好的品質，謝謝髮廊的堅持。
